Each branch has a different effect on your body’s organs. The sympathetic nervous system (frequencies of 0.05-0.15 Hz) represents action and oversees your body’s expenditure of energy, while the parasympathetic nervous system (frequencies of 0.15 – 0.5 Hz) is in charge of regulating your body’s energy recovery, and is involved in rest, digestion, and regeneration.       

  5. Hormone Levels: Assessing hormone levels, such as thyroid hormones, reproductive hormones, or cortisol (stress hormone), can aid in identifying endocrine disorders or imbalances.
